Karen qualified as a dental hygienist from the University of Dundee in 2003. She began her dental career serving in the Royal Air Force and since her departure from there has worked in both general and specialist practices throughout the UK. She returned to Scotland in 2025 when she joined the team here in Paisley.

Karen has gained further qualifications since graduating in phlebotomy, tooth whitening, smoking cessation and a diploma in diet and nutrition. Karen prides herself on providing high quality treatment to all her patients in a relaxed caring manner.

In her spare time, she is a fitness fanatic with many events under her belt!

Next on the list is a triathlon in May 2026 followed by Ironman in Switzerland in July 2026 and then competing in UCI gravel cycle event in September 2026 where she hopes to grab an age group slot for the world championships! Go Karen!!
