The newest member of the Complete Dentistry team, Jeanne joined the practice in August 2011. Originally from Glasgow, Jeanne has spent the last 6 years at Dundee Dental Hospital, where she gained a wealth of experience in the fields of restorative dentistry, prosthodontics, periodontics, paediatrics and oral surgery amongst many others.
Returning to Glasgow to practice has been one of Jeanne’s long term ambitions and having spent time treating patients across Scotland in areas such as Arbroath, Aberdeen, Inverness and Perth, she is extremely excited to be back in her hometown, where she hopes to establish a long and successful career in dentistry.
Whilst in Dundee, Jeanne participated in the co-ordination of the Dental Outreach Oral Hygiene Study – a clinical research trial that aimed to assess the effectiveness of oral hygiene instruction delivered to patients. Jeanne also attended the children’s clinic which helped her to gain experience in treating young patients with dental anxiety and behavioural problems, which she finds extremely rewarding.
As part of the Complete Dentistry team, Jeanne hopes to improve her established skills as well as to branch out and gain further training, preferably in innovative dental techniques. Amongst numerous other fields, Jeanne has a particular interest in paediatric dentistry and is keen to develop her skills in this field throughout her career.
